This is the BEST NEWS I have heard in such a long time!
Bravo, Mr. Mayor!! At least he is competent about the environment that has come out of New York in decades!
Just wish the rest of the country would follow in his footsteps!!
If we don't do something about the way we are doing things like this, we will get very, very thirsty before we get things better!
It looks like the green energy sector will be getting a bump from the rethuglicans! How ironic!

Fracking is a menace to our water supply and is destructive of nature.Unfortunately the UK government is promoting fracking as the savior of the economy.Incredibly they are saying that the US has already embraced this policy and is gaining huge economic benefits from It.If the reaction of the people on Care 2 is anything to go by this is a downright lie.

Is this supposed to be "news"?

Don't get me wrong, but we all knew already that fracking poses too much dangers (and not only to water supplies, btw....).

Sounds as if he's been thinking things over....

Thanks for posting Cal!

Notée. Merci. C'est une très bonne nouvelle que ces dangers soient exposés clairement.
