At least a can of soda per day is safe, right? Nope, much much less, according to the World Health Organization.

I'm glad other people say ooops!

Anyway, added sugar is bad. Lucky for me (or not), my day was a diabetic1 from early on. and my mom cooked for him, so that is what we ate.

Yes, more than I thought.

We really don't need to eat any sugar.

I'd rather have CHEESE wreak havoc on my body...and savory stuff. Not a sugar lover. Everything in moderation.

My sister, the wholistic medical practioner, says that sugar would not pass any normal FDA inspection today if it had to. I've switched completely to pure Stevia, and have a much better blood panel and more energy. Now if I can just find Stevia Ice cream LOL.

Noted and shared. Thought the article was very good. I seldom drink soda either and pretty much just put cream in my coffee. If I use artificial at all, I use stevia. I'm sure I get too much sugar in my diet when taking everything into consideration. I think there are many hidden places for sugar I didn't particularly think that much about.

YUCK!!! I'm so glad that I gave up soda pop years ago. I now do my best to avoid sugar. Good coffee is just fine black!
