This is no news for me. Our Harper government lies to us, and they do not care about the consequences. Harper has to be stopped right now.

I am shocked, I say shocked that ANY reporting has been made at ALL! The old adage "you can fool some of the people some of the time, you cannot fool all the people all of the time" is all too true. But they really are trying to fool ALL THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME! Scariest part of all is the complicity of our goverment agencies aiding and abetting these destructive CORRUPT/ations.

Oh my, how could this happen? They've been telling us how safe it is and hiding the truth from us. What a surprise!

It is unfortunate that most responses are snarky and we all do feel this is something we know. Question: If we really believe we are being lied to and abused by the government, what we going to do?

@Kit - totally agree that comments are snarky, hopefully the sarcasm will turn to anger and people will vote for change. 2014 voting will be very crucial and we need to make sure people get OUT and vote! Voting day should be declared a national holiday so that people can go out and vote. It is NEVER too late to storm the Bastille. When enough people are sick and tired of being screwed over, change will come. We had come a long way from the 50's & 60's sadly since Georgie Porgie buSHIT stole the election in 2000 we have lost a lot of our gains, but it can be regained - will BE regained. We just have to hold those responsible for this mess accountable, preferably with their feet to the fire!

Sorry to say that I'm not surprised. Our government and other officials never tell us anything. And when they do, I have to really do my own investigation to analyze whether it's true facts. Thanks Cal

Oh, shucky dang, Maybe this is the research the Republicans are reading to lend their support for the pipeline from Canada. Stoogified people believe anything they read. It sounds like the Canadian corporation wants to poison people from the land, sea and air. In this way we will all be wiped out and can't protest their stupidity and greed. There will be one mutated species of human left to communicate with aliens who leave Earth immediately after their arrival because of its toxicity.
