Noted. Thanks, Cal. That is good news to me. It even seems that some of those states who refused the "Medicaid option" are reconsidering. Red AZ had to accept it when Gov. Brewer told the legislature that she would sign no bills until they passed this one and put it on her desk. She kept her word, and I was speechless, but happy.

Well, it hasn't kicked in fully yet - small businesses still have 2 years to implement. But it is still good news. Please let your friends, family, and coworkers know that March 31 is the deadline for enrolling this year. So many people are still waiting for the last minute that helplines are having longer wait periods. United Way is doing a good job getting people signed-up.
