The Chemicals in Commerce Act is being shopped around the U.S. House of Representatives. It's beyond the pale. This bill - backed by chemical industry lobbyists - is nothing more than a rubber stamp for untested chemicals.

I thought this bill aim to create a prioritization and evaluation program for existing chemicals in commerce and gives EPA authority to set a uniform federal standard for each chemical. Now, if you waant more animal testing I would sign this bill.

We should not be used as guinea pigs. Toxic Body Burden is a reality. Solvents and chemical accumulate in the body. Please send the letter to your House Representative.

Did you KNOW that plants you eat manufacture their own chemicals ? Our body stores chemical energy in the form of ATP ie adenosine triphosphate...whenever energy is required. Once inside the body, sugar molecules are broken down into simpler molecules and those methods make use of very special chemical compounds, known as energy carriers.

I personally hate mosquitos and glad they spray. I personally hate cockroaches, rats and insects in my food. I don't want our farmers who struggle to grow food due to unpredictable weather have to worry about losing half their crop to diseases and iinsects too. I want affordable food and the prices are much too high now for most families.

I don't know WHO started this ridiculous idea to boycott what science has accomplished but some people want to go back to the 1800's or even further back than that. thinking we were better off-----and it's not true.
