This would be a great step backward but we are ruled by a Right wing Tory party which consists of millionaire Eaton educated demigods who don't give a Frack for anything except money.they are an anathema .

Yet more evidence if it was needed, that if you pay the right price, to the right people -or- any price to the wrong people, there are NO RULES, Regulation, protection - LAW !!
If you have enough to pay and know the pocket to put it in, ya can pretty much do what you like, wherever.

Enough resource's for everyone's NEED, just not enough for everyone's GREED

Done, thanks for posting Cal!

BTW, TAFTA-negociations are on their way, and this treaty will make it hard for us in Europe to stop fracking.

So we should not only stop fracking, but stop TAFTA as well.

Plundering and pillaging the environment for short term is not acceptable any more. National parks are to be preserved for future generations. What legacy do you leave behind - fracking ponds, foul air, and destroyed surface features of the land? Something to be really proud of as we roll around in our own graves. This is a worldwide problem that we citizens will have to take into our own hands eventually if government doesn't get it. Conservatives and right wingers worldwide are in it for $$$$$$$$$. The rest of us just want to honor Mother Earth and live through renewal resources that are now available if the fat daddies of oil, gas and coal let us.
