Noted and shared. Amazing, one of the 1% that believes in America. Applaud him as there are so few of them that do.

Mark Cuban has the right take on this! I like this comment following the article:

P Wayne Smith Atlanta, Georgia
CEOs that move their corporate offices out of our country should be abruptly and physically deported! Take their passports, seize their assets here and sell them cheap to their competitors. Block their products at the shipyards. Make sure they sell anywhere but here.

If they refuse to pay any share of taxes here, dump them!

We could use a Mark Cuban.Far too many Australian companies have moved their productions to Asian countries to increase their profits.A consequence of this is so many old Australian companies cannot compete and have closed down

FDR was called a "traitor to his class." The only reason Mark, Nick Hanauer, and painfully few others aren't getting called this is that the word "traitor" implies that class war exists - and the 1% mostly denies it. If this keeps up, though, they may be dragged kicking and screaming into admitting it.

Noted. Glad to see Mr. Cuban speak up on this and hope others will follow. However, it could really be a moot point.
Progressive Breakfast posted an article from Reuters (by Kevin Drawbaugh, 7/28/14):
"Pres. Obama could act without congressional approval to limit a key incentive for U.S. corporations to move their tax domiciles abroad in so-called "inversion" deals..."
"By invoking a 1969 tax law, Obama could bypass congressional gridlock and restrict foreign tax-domiciled U.S. companies from using inter-company loans and interest deductions to cut their U.S. tax bills..."

A very wealthy man with a sense of ethics-impressive. It's sad that he is the only one or one of a handful. The more money they they make the more they usually want.

He talks but will he really??
Got to walk the talk or we are not going to believe it!
Wouldn't we like to see them all do this??
Thank You Carrie

I give him a lot of credit. May other wealthy ones follow in his shoes. I have no respect for companies that have taken this companies away from the US because of tax reasons. I too have stop shopping at these stores. Thanks Cal

Good for Cuban! If only every multi-millionaire and billionaire had even a tenth of the conscience that he does. He proves that there are some rich people who give a ding-swizzy.

Noted with delighted surprise. Thanks for sharing, Cal. Good on Mark Cuban! Don't know if he's following his conscience or demonstrating enlightened self-interest, nor do i much care. He's certainly more farsighted than his "profits, NOW," cohorts. Hope it's contagious!

Way to go Mark Cuban. This is a trend we need to see. Corporations are anti-American if they don't pay the taxes they owe the United States of America. If you want your "corporations are people, too" status, earn it. Otherwise, take your "trickle down" bullshit with you to China, Russia, or North Korea. I am sure they will provide a safe haven for your money. I am sick and tired of watching scum like the Koch brothers pay large sums of money to subvert the United States of America via politics so the rich boys can buy another yacht and pay pathetic wages to their employees. Please leave America, you don't give one iota about US.
