Alternative power from wind turbines 2x taller than Statue of Liberty, in TX. United States has the 2nd largest wind power market in the world. Not as cost efficient as fuel, yet. Brings problems with wildlife casualties, as the turbine blades get larger.

Windpower is certainly a neded comodity Can understand why there would be wildlife casualaties. Peerhaps some kkind of noiese or radar simpulse could frightebn the birds away. We all hve to lern to live in our"new world."

William, completely agree. I think we MUST use natural sources of power IF we want to continue our lifestyle. You have a good point about the noise. Some kind of sound that birds would hear that would warn them to keep a distance.
