What a sad situation for someone so kind to be in. Obviously Dave did not need a dog he needed to get a grip and a life

Well what a sad turn of events. This man is un ingrate...if that woman had not helped...where would his dog be??? Show some gratitude and appreciation you ingrate.

Noted. This is indeed a sad situation. He got his dog back and should be happy with that. It's not as if she promised him the money and it sounds like she told him it would be used for other homeless dogs. He being incredibly selfish. Thanks so much, Caree.

He did not collect the donations to return his dog, so why does he think he is owed anything from anyone who undertook the efforts to help him reunite with his pet?

Oh gawd! This story brought so many people togehter to help this guy. Mr no name when this first came out, had to be found and then all the help to get him reunited with the dog. Well I think something happened to tick him off. Maybe he wanted all the money, I don't know. It seems that $800. plus dollars minus the $400. for court costs, is a lot to be paid to get the dog out even with extra money spent on food, etc. Something seems off with this story. IMO.
