Cleveland police said that two children were found dead in a bathtub.
Police said the 2-year-old and 4-year-old girls were found in an apartment complex at 7700 Woodland Avenue on Monday morning.

The children's mother, Amber Hill, has been arrested under the investigation of suspicion of homicide.

Police said the children's father called them Monday morning after he said he found the two girls in the bathroom.

He told police that Hill called him, saying she didn't have to worry about it anymore and the kids were at peace. He then rushed to the apartment where he discovered the girls.

The girls were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead. They have been identified as 2-year-old Success Hill and 4-year-old Jonelle Cintron.

Police are getting a statement from the father.

I believe Britney WANTED to have the children but THAT'S ALL! She's too selfish of a person to be a mom to her children when she hasn't even grown up herself and doesn't know haw to follow court orders which would have helped her. She's a party girl. Hopefully one day she'll open her eyes and see what she lost, if only temporarily. She hasn't any respect for herself nor real love for her children.

that's terrible. how can you do that to your own children. you have to be in a very dark place to even be able to do that. there should be a special prison for women like that.

There needs to be a special mental hospital for women like this-until she has been examined by a psychiatrist we don't know is she has a mental illness-if so, she should be committed for life. I know people don't want her to "ever get out-to pay forever for what she did" even though she probably did it in a psychotic phase of mental illness. We do not understand in this country the true difference between mental illness and the sociopath/psychopath-this and pedophilia can NOT be CURED and have to be put away forever in a prison because they can not be rehabilitated or treated. Someone who has a mental illness can be put into a mental hospital and treated with drugs and therapy-when they "wake" from their sickness believe me they will "pay" every day of their lives for what they did in a psychotic rage because the public will never trust them again. Should they be? Not with children. No. so the solution still for child killers is a mental institution if the diagnosis is bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, shizo-affective disorder. It's the Justice System that is messed up in its definition of mental illness because it lets off sociopaths, pedophiles and psychopaths and THAT is wrong. Mothers kill because of SEVERE DEPRESSION, BI-POLAR w/PSYCHOSIS, SCHIZOPHRENIA, POST PARTUM DEPRESSION. Genrerally the men are the sociopaths and psychopaths although men and women can be pedophiles. We have to understand mental illness and not lump it all together under CRAZY, MANIAC, SELFISH, -THESE ARE LABELS that do not explain mental illness or mental disorders, period. Noted.
