Germany now offers free college education for everyone. Yes, includes international students. So I guess if you have the means and desire to, Americans attending college in Germany, would save you lots of money. Why can't the U.S. do this?

We could have free public college education for less than 63 billion dollars. Just think of the enormous benefits this would provide in the form of an educated work force and students wouldn't start their adult life in deep debt.
