I read this before.
I can think of more than one government in history, that used it's citizen's to spy on it's own.

To a degree i agree with Jon's point,but think about it,these are linked,this is destroying the Home to come to,while also making us all into POW's our selves within our on borders of our own Country by those supposedly our own Leaders. What they went for is a part of this article,is how we all may becoming point in fact,already are short of placement Behind The Wire,& the Wire is already in place awaiting whom.
