In an interview at the jail Friday evening, Prudente said he thought he had made a good financial hardship case to the association: His adjustable rate mortgage went up an extra $600 a month. Wachovia repossessed his Toyota Scion.

This is so incredibly stupid. I can't believe it. All the bad things going on in this world and they are worried about someone's lawn?! Are these shallow people ready to chip in and help this guy out when he so obviously can't afford to sod his lawn? (Shaking my head)... Thanks Jan.

This is the kind of thing that happens just because they want a neat neighborhood and do not want to help someone down on there luck. I think I sounds that something stinks maybe someone wants that house! Just pay the fines and it is yours. Yes easy as that.Thanks,Jan
