Done....
First the crazy missionaries attempt to kill em off and now their homes and land are being bulldozed for corporate profits...what a shame. From now on their happy and satisfying life will be one of proverty for them...thanks to civilaztion taking such good care of them.

Ok, I am angry as these stories about these people do that to me...they take happy people and make their lives miserable. That is after all the way of the governments and Corporates isn't it,all over the world.

You can go down the list here http://www.survivalinternational.org/actnow/writealetter to click your name on the letter, then go back and down the list to the next tribe. I signed all and will print and post as suggested. Postage is paid as indicated.

While doing this I am very much aware of our Native American sisters and brothers who continue to suffer from lack of support. Summer here in North America will soon give way to Autumn and now is the time to offer our support in any/every way possible to help ensure communities on reservations like Pine Ridge will have blankets, clothing, generators and money to pay their heating bills as well as medical care.

Jae i totally understand... i remember hearing how the Canadian government 'shipped' tribal peoples off dumping them in the North just to 'get rid' of them! The Innu are at risk still but have turned their tears and anger into postive actions that potentially will benefit their people and communities.

There is a world wide protect tomorrow in support of the Kyapo tribe to protect the Xingu River and protect the Belo Monte Dam ... read the article i posted http://www.care2.com/news/member/213931729/2910977

This is the link to the Embassy's and placed to participate ... STAND IN SOLIDARITY

Whoever said "tears are not enough" was right ! So on that note suffice it to say as I went down the list to sign for each Tribal community the strength of resolve to right action was greater than my tears !

These tribes are very real people and they deserve to survive.

Corporations and government must protect them.

TY, Rosemary.
