Banks get a bailout and millions of dogs go hungry and possibly death..Makes total sense!!! NOT!!

The town doesn't have money to feed the animals? That is horrible. I'll send a check to help out.

I will try to send some money as well. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed so many places that need money. It's just sad and I want to give to all but can not.
