On July 11, 2012 Lennox lost his life after a two year battle due to Breed Specific Legislation (BSL). We are here to ensure Lennox is remembered, and that he did not die in vain.

IT sickens me how tragedy ALWAYS leads to laws. I do think it is a wonderful way to keep their memory alive. I think Lennox's family would be proud to have this type of legacy for baby. I would love to see the law include bully breeds have the service animal inclusion. Even though in the US a bully breed can be one since there are no breed limits, pound or age limits either. I would be just wonderful if it could be world wide. Lennox, is playing by the Rainbow bridge, enjoy baby.

From Victoria Stillwell Positively:

"Victoria joined host Wendy Austin on BBC Radio Ulster and sparred with Pat McCarthy, the head of Belfast City Council's (BCC) Environmental Health Committee, just hours after the BCC destroyed Lennox, an American Bulldog/Labrador mix with no history of aggression or behavior issues. The dog was confiscated 2 years ago due not to his aggressive nature, but rather simply because his bodily dimensions fit the profile of supposedly dangerous dogs under Northern Ireland's breed-specific legislation (BSL). Despite pleas from millions around the world, Victoria's offer to rehome Lennox outside the UK, and personal intervention from Northern Ireland's First Minister, the BCC insisted on euthanizing this dog, claiming that they were merely following the law, although they fought tooth and nail to achieve the flawed ruling in the first place."

This dog did nothing. People like that just like to be cruel and it makes them happy when they are doing something horrible like they did to Lennox. They like violence and harming innocent creatures... It's sad that we live in a world with such people.

RIP Lennox.

Petition signed! Thank you Ginger for doing this - I do hope that a law will be passed and that Lennox will not have died in vain because something needs to be done and done fast too! Needless deaths of innocent dogs are being carried out just because that dog happens to look like a "Pit-Bull" and so these dogs are needlessly destroyed through no fault of their own causing horrendous grief to the family that dog has been been ripped apart from - disgusting, heartless and cruel! I really do hope a law in poor Lennox's name will eventually be passed, this babaric cruelty needs to be addressed with some compassion and sense in every country that it is happening! Fingers crossed this will happen - have a heart and think about the welfare of the animals, judge a dog by it's nature and not by it's looks please!
