Noted, tweeted, tweeted, shared. These boys need the maximum penalty and counseling. The parents should also be required to go through counseling,

These boys need professional counseling. It is a sad thing but I don't think they should do jail time at this age.

These boys have already demonstrated that they are incapable of functioning ethically. Psychological counselling is probably the most that the public can expect. BUT the "parents" are adults and should receive long prison sentences.

they need counseling and they do need real punishment. Jail. people need to learn there are penalities for their actions. And their parents need to be heavily fined.

too many times children are getting away with too much and given simply a tap on the knuckles .they should be made to realize what they have done .its attrocious what sort of children do this !

I am taking action but the maximum for 11 year olds is a bit much.

Please punish these children accordingly so that they will think twice before doing anything like this again.

Noted. These boys need to receive the maximum sentence no matter what psychological testing shows. They did the crime, now they should do the time. Their parents should be fined as well.

Noted - I can guarantee you that there is absolutely bloody nothing wrong with these despicable little bastards - they were just born cruel and wicked and deserve to be locked away forever.

Noted. These two young psychopaths should be shown no mercy; they are old enough to know what they did. Thanks, Ginger.

noted. I truely believe that if we started implimenting harsher laws when it comes to animal cruelty, the murder rate and, especially, the amount of serial killers would decrease! It is a proven fact that alot of them start out hurting animals! Why not stop it before it starts!!
