These monsters must be caught and brought to justice. I am certain this puppy has not been their only victim, nor will she be the last.

How can cruelty still exist in a civilised world?

They really need to get these sick people off the streets. I wonder if the idiots taped it? The sad part is that there's more of them out there than is realized.

Fingers crossed the monsters will be found and placed on the rack just as they placed this poor soul on the rack. This instrument of torture was widely used throughout Europe in the Middle Ages to extract confessions from those thought to be dealing in treason etc. Another method was to tie the so-called 'criminal' by his limbs to four horses who were then led away at a trot or canter so pulling the limbs apart from his body. Same effect slightly different method.

This leaves me wondering about Kiya/Puppy Doe.

Personally I'd like to see the monsters 'hung, drawn and quartered' and that is too good for them.

Can you imagine if this were a child? That's where this type of behavior leads to. It's all part of the continuum of violence that escalates as the thrill of each crime lessens and more sadistic, violent behavior is necessary to increase the level of pleasure for the perpetrator. Sick indeed and not in a positive way either.
