Noted & Signed! This is an outrage. This man should have been charged with attacking a fellow officer and animal cruelty! He should have been terminated and required to serve jail time. Instead they reward him by reinstating him and compensating him...it's incredulous and so unethical! What is wrong with these judges? What level is their moral reasoning at and where are there ethics! This man clearly exhibited animal abuse and that he doesn't have the correct temperament to be a police officer. He is a walking time bomb and the next time he goes off it could end up in a fatal tragedy. Shame on these judges and their inability to be objective about this situation. It's too bad that they can't be terminated, too, for by their decision in this matter, it's as if they are also complicit in this crime!

What a dirt bag! Apparently Southern states aren't big on enforcing animal abuse laws. Giving this jerk back pay after a temporary suspension is more of a reward than a punishment. This guy is not a Cop, he is a walking small penis. Also these dogs are owned by the City, not the Police Officer so why s he not being charged with Animal Cruelty, and assaulting an Officer. Most states acknowledge that Police Dogs are police Officers and have their own badge.
