More and more communities and even local authorities are not interested in respecting the law. Mass poisoning has become something common in Greece during the past year, and thousands of innocent animals suffer a brutal death. This must stop! Sign&Share!!

There is little doubt that Greece is having a really difficult time at the moment but this kind of cruelty is never acceptable.

This has been happening in this country for many years. It happens AFTER the tourists have left, so hit this country where it will hurt the most, in its pocket, BOYCOTT this country and other Greek islands that also poison dogs and cats every year. Shame on them, have they not heard of spay and neuter???

Greece itself is having an economic hard time, and the plight of the people who have lost their jobs is only adding to the homeless animal problem as many have probably been turned out. So, those of you who can afford it please start humane societies to take in these homeless dogs and cats. Also spay and neuter so more animals are not born to be abused. Thank you.

Signed and deplored. This is inhumane. There is always a way to take care of the animals without killing them. Can you imagine what they go thru after being poisoned? It ain't pretty.

I've signed and passed it along to my animal loving friends. No, and it isn't a pretty sight to see an animal poisoned. I had a dear cat that I loved who walked to a neighboring farm where there was poison on the ground. He licked his paws and came home wobbling. We rushed him to the vet's but he couldn't be saved. This action by the Greeks is cruelty at its finest. Spay and neuter, please.
