icebergs are phenomenal they are supplying water to stricken countries a win win situation less disaster on water/oceans for ships and countries get drinking water

Until I went to Alaska, I thought that the blue of a glacier was an artifact of distance and the camera's lens. I was amazed to find that the blue continues to exist even when you're up close and personal.

Thanks Mick. I've been up close and personal with icebergs around the Coronation Gulf and the north coast of Labrador. They are exceptionally beautiful.
