Islamist lobby made UN a joke, a biased and useless organization. This is not wonder, when 22 Arab states got 22 votes, while all American states got 1 vote, all 22 China provinces got 1 vote, etc.

The leftovers of colonializm - 22 Arab states - give one ethnic group huge leverage making UN biased to the point of being ridiculous.

These same countries voted for Iran to head up the women's rights council. Yes Bob how true. There is an Islamic block of 56 votes which is why the UNHRC supports the ME Dictators while condemning Israel.

And speaking of weapons Iran is testing its mid-range ballistic missile with Multiple re-entry vehicles (MIRVs). the only use for these are to deliver nuclear warheads. So much for only developing it's nuclear program for peaceful purposes.

This has reduced the UN to its lowest level yet. Iran has no legitimate government since the Shah left and scum like Ahmadinejhad and Khameini should be banned from stepping outside their own borders, if allowed to live. Their threats and scams against their neighbours in teh Middle East and support for mujadeen terrorism that threatens the entire world should disqualify them from receiving anything more than carpet bombing. Kick UN and the Small Arms Treaty - and both Klintons - out of the USA!

UFB. Except for its humanitarian roles, the UN is a waste of time, space and money, and sometimes even that's is dispute.
