This is horrible how people who are just trying to stay alive, feed themselves and their family are treated. These sob's who do this to people...I hope one day soon will wake up and see how unnecessary it is to treat people like this. Kindness and fair treatment will have the workers producing much better over the long haul then wearing them out to near collaspe or death.

This truly makes me sick. People who try to work hard and have a good life do not need to be treated like this. I for one know how it feels to be treated as so much. I worked construction the only woman out there in the fielf, but ya know what I showed the unhappy butt that I was better at the job than they were. I done drywall finishing when I got done at the end of the day you couldn't even tell I had worked even though I may have went through 8or 9 buckette of drywall compound weighing 65 pounds each. But jerks like this Oh Heck no I did not take it I was right up there in there face back. No one deserves to be treated like this no matter where they work . a good smack down will get there attention even if then loose there job apeal it, more than likly they will get it back and he will be gones.
