Please, we beg you, to intervene, order a stay of execution; whilst you investigate an application for clemency and any and all other legal routes to enable Lennox to be exported out of Northern Ireland. Failing that, please insist on a stay of execution so that a clear and transparent investigation is carried out in this case so that this dog is not wrongfully put to death and doubts regarding his current condition are set at rest.

Lord only knows how many people have been fighting to save Lennox. How can these people be so cruel? It's clear that most people do not want him to die. Many people have offered him a home. There's no sense in this.

I didn't realise there was a letter to send when I noted this yesterday, I have a tooth ache and have just been looking out for the words petition ect.

I hope it is not too late, I have sent the emails and passed this on to everyone in my contact list, but I read that he was being euthanised today! As it has gone 8pm here, I hope that the information was incorrect and that Lennox is still with us.

Thanks Dianne.

No. Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson is checking into re-homing. So we have a "stay" for the moment.
