If passed, the ban would make sex with animals personal use as well as for sex acts involving third parties (effectively banning pimping of animals to others) punishable with a fine of 25,000 euros ($31,000). A vote is expected in December.

Rose said it exactly as it is- proponents of bestiality are just rapists that get away with it because no one cares about the animals' suffering. Hopefully it will be outlawed and animal rapists will be punished!
