Thousands of (jumbo) Humboldt squid have been flinging themselves onto beaches along Monterey Bay in California in mass "suicides," since October, leading scientists to conduct forensice investigations into the phenomenon.

Yes I have been reading about this, all over the world sea animals are doing this. There was even a case where 20 tons of fish just washed up on the beach. When sea animals are killing themselves people need to wake up. Scary ty Dianne. Noted

This is awful. I wonder if all the debris from the Japanese tsumani has anything to do with it. I saw news coverage of sea birds in Hawaii that were full of plastic and metal bits.
