This violent degenerate is well on his way to becoming a terrible criminal who will continue to prey on innocent animals and people soon if he isn't put in prison for a number of years and receive therapy and rehabilitation! I hope this time the presiding judge gives him the prison sentence he should have received the first time! Anyone that would do what he did to a puppy should have been put in jail! Now, here he is and his fellow cruel buddies trying to maim and kill another poor animal- because he doesn't have anything better to do with his time than to inflict pain and torment on innocent animals. What a monster this guy is! He is very dangerous and it won't be long before he starts on people. He needs to be locked up now! He has shown himself to have no remorse for what he did and he will continue to prey on the innocent and helpless until he is stopped!

Is anyone surprised? Very sick person and should not be allowed to be in society. Remember the movie with Kirk Russell where convicts were sent to Long Island to fend for themselves? I think we should have that or people like this. Throw them away.
