Downey, CA: This is a high kill shelter. This poor dog is thought to be around 12 years old. He came in with a huge chain around his neck.

Poor dog he deserves a few years happiness he has left He must be so confused and frightened Why do people do this just dump the poor animals So heartless He must be pining for his home
I do hope someone can rehome him I am not in USA His face melts your heart
