To me this article can be summed up with one statement "he had no preconceived ideas of what would work" he experimented till found an excellent system. This man and others like him have a lot to offer, if we can but listen and hear him. Massive changes in farming are going to have to happen if we are going to make it as Americans, or as a world. Food and water like health and medicine should probably not be a part of the free enterprise system. Then again, when something has no monetary value, the intrinsic value can be easily over looked. Thank you for this article, noted.

I've got to get my hands on Fukuosa's "One Straw Revolution" again. It's a classic.

Yes this is the right way of growing. All my Dear Friends I want you to now start to recycle your Fruit. This year you may have plenty . Next year might not be so lucky. When you peel your Orange or lemon, save the peel and candy it for your cakes. The cores of the Fruit containing the seed I way you to plant in a pot or if you have a garden put the cores back into the ground. If you have land big enough then plant an orchard. You can start growing your vegetables quiet quickly. SUROUND YOURSELVES WITH PINE TREES. THESE TREES PROTECT YOU. They give protection by releasing an oil that is a repellent against bugs and flying insects. Disinfectant for the house. The Acorn used to be our Coffee bean. So much has been lost which has to be put back. Blessings go out to all who care . Janet
