its sad, did anyone read the comments a lot of people are leaving.
good lord. Some were very good comments, most were just in a uproar over the deaths. Sorry but stuff happens. Humans aren't error proof and neither are the systems/machines we create.

humans may not be error proof, but if it was 15 childern some doctor ACCIDENTLY KILLED would you have the same calloused opion? it is up to the care givers to be sure animals are properly cared for. If a zoo or any organzition is not able to properly care for an animal they should not be responsible for those animals. whehter it be a rat or a skunk, an elephant or common shark.
