That is REALLY sickening! I hope the books are thrown at them and that they get the punishment they deserve.

i think it is a lie anyway, the bobcat would have run away with 2 grownup men working there. or maybe he was nosy, i don't think it attaked or they frightened it, this also can be!!! well as you know me by now, i have no patience with animal killers, so i wish these 2 guys the same death the bobcat had!!!

Nah... something is fishy with this story. I think they saw it, provoked it and killed it, to have a trophy. They are beautiful, and not many left. We will never know the truth.

This would be extremely unusual behavior for a bobcat. I agree with the other posters--something does not add up right in this story.

I FIND THIS HARD TO BELEIVE AS I HAVE THE SMALL TEXAS BOBCATS ON MY PROPERTY. IN FACT ONE INTERBRED WITH ONE OF THE FERAL CATS SOUND IMPOSSIBLE WELL IT ISNT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OF THE BOBCAT HERE TO ATTACK ANYONE IN FACT THEY WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM YOU. I WISH I COULD SEE THE CAT AND LISTEN TO THE MENS EXACT STORY IT DOESNT ADD UP CHRIS

My thoughts exactly.

Ferraro says authorities will test the bobcat for rabies because normally bobcats do not attack without being provoked
