I agree! What a moron! I'd have sentenced him to strangulation by cat lovers or being put in a locked room with cat lover and let them at him. The poor kitty didn't deserve it. RIP Chopper sweetie, we love you. You are now at peace and having fun at the Rainbow Bridge with all the other kitties.
