PLEASE HELP! CROSS POST: Tristan Gore, 12, is dying. The focus of my story was to be on the fundraising at Avalon Middle School to send Tristan to Jacksonville for a bone marrow transplant. Tristan's dad had lost his job and the money was going quickly.

May Tristan get the care she needs and deserves. Maybe there is a doctor out there who can help Tristan and maybe waiver his/her fee... to help with expenses... I have heard of that happening a time or 2...

Noted with tears and sadness. My prayers are with this brave young girl. If I had the money, I would gladly give it to the family for the transplant and anything else they would need. Since that is not possible, I will pray for her and her family.I believe in Miracles and Angels.

My sister is a bone marrow transplant survivor, and it is an amazing procedure. I will be praying that somehow that financial aid comes through. If I had it to give, I would. I don't know why our government could not, at least, loan it to them...

People have more money than they can possibly use. This needs media attention here in So. California and Beverly Hills NOW! People can donate to this cause and not even feel the diference in their pocketbok!

Sadly noted. It's so obscene that wealth isn't shared equally and people can spend thousands on silly shoes & handbags - money that could (and should) save childrens lives.
