PLEASE HELP! CROSS POST: Tristan Gore, 12, is dying. The focus of my story was to be on the fundraising at Avalon Middle School to send Tristan to Jacksonville for a bone marrow transplant. Tristan's dad had lost his job and the money was going quickly.

Please forgive me, Tristan is a little girl, I apologize to all for sending the message saying she is a boy, sorry. I guess we all make mistakes. Please forgive, and let's help this young girl to win her battle by sending her to Florida.

My sister is a bone marrow transplant survivor, and it is an amazing procedure. I will be praying that somehow that financial aid comes through. If I had it to give, I would. I don't know why our government could not, at least, loan it to them...
