America's oceans are currently managed under 140 different laws, implemented by 20 federal agencies, without any overarching policy, coordinated action or broad vision. In other words, we are managing only the details, not the big picture.

Awesome story Tom, I eat seafood because I can't eat red meat, but will greatly reduce what I consume. I can't believe 41% is now being affected. President Obama needs a wakeup call and address this and act immediately on this dire situation in saving our oceans and its sealife!
