What on earth do they mean by unindicted co-conspirator? This sounds ridiculous!

I have to disagree that they were using their rights..They went beyond what the rights are..and they only hurt the cause when they do this..

"A county grand jury indictment was handed up March 27 and charged each with three counts of conspiracy to commit stalking, three counts of stalking, two counts of conspiracy to threaten a public officer or school employee and two counts of threatening a public officer or school employee. They were arrested Thursday."

The above acts are not our constitutional rights..those acts are illegal..

"The indictment alleges a similar campaign against a neurobiology professor, Dario Ringach, who later gave up primate research" Whatever works, aside from using explosives which I don't condone except in the use to free animals from labs physically. :p
Some of the charges were ludicrious. I don't think planning to stalk someone is illegal, it is carrying the act through.
But sitting on one's hands and letting the horrors in the labs continue is not an option in my opinion. Like "Well behaved women never make history" Well behaved animal rights activists will never succeed in stopping the butchery. If you go to 'work' and torture other species you can't expect to be accepted as part of polite society. What woman or man could greet their spouse at the door knowing how they spent their day? Obviously my opinion and feelings on this issue are apparent.

There are wonderful animal activists..and then there are the extremists..big..big..difference..I don't care what the cause is..no one has the right..to blow anything up with explosions..and those that think it is alright in the gist of their cause..Well thankfully..and hopefully they end up where they belong..in jail..as that makes them a criminal..and a dangerous one at that..
