Please make sure you contact the 81 Senators who sacrificed the Northern Rockies gray wolves, especially the Democrats who betrayed their party and wolves for Jon Tester's Senate seat. Only three Democrats voted no.

I'm too tired tonight but I will contact my senators whom I'm appalled with for their vote. Will tell them they've seen the last of my money unless they shape up. Didn't think they'd be sellouts to the corporate rats.

He will get contacted. Most of them Democrats too. What is wrong with the Democratic Party? They are sure not the Party I use to know. They are more the like Republicans and the Republicans are like, gee, I'm not sure they are so far off the charts, the are getting more like the Inquisition.

Thanks everyone. I am sooo disappointed with the Democrats. Even Obama signed off on delisting wolves. It looks like both main parties have been corrupted by the corporate lobbyists. Capitalism is an epic fail for American workers, the animals and the environment. Want to join a party that supports animal rights? That empowers workers to stop jobs from being outsources overseas? That represents real people's interests over corporate greed? check this one out.

The only way to stop politicians from adding things to bills and the public not knowing about it until it is too late, voting the way they want etc is AT ELECTION TIME. We must start getting rid of ALL of these politicians who vote against what the public wants and WE MUST START NOW. Send letters, emails and call your politicians to tell them that you are not happy with how they are voting and unless they shape up they better be LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB! I hope it won't be too late for the wolf population as we have been trying to save them and it looks like the politicians may win and the wolves lose. I hope and pray NOT.

Gosh, it may just have to come down to the alternative. That is, instead of putting all our efforts into contacting politicians from both major parties to change their way of thinking....that we should earnestly begin to put our efforts into a political party (such as the Socialist Party and the Greens)and if only we can build them up to be a real threat to the Repubs and Dems, we can actually feel gratified that our efforts paid off. Of course, by that time it will be too late for the two major parties and they may just find themselves no longer in power and no longer a major pain in the ass. So what do you think? Are you beginning to feel the way I am?

The last time I voted Republican (which is my biggest regret that I did it) was 1980. I've even gone beyond just voting when I actively campaigned for Clinton in '92. On the state level, I've pretty much divided my vote between Dems, Socialist, and Green Party candidates.

Our biggest challenge may be trying to change the way we vote for national candidates since presently, the Dems and Repubs has it fixed so that no minor political party has a chance to win in the electoral (sp?) vote. That definitely needs to change!!

Terribly disappointed in so many of these Dems, but not in the three who voted against this latest atrocity against wolves.

I read the list of those who voted against this and as one who follows politics closely, there are names there that are no surprise but some who really shocked me as in Boxer and Feinstein of California, my own Sen. Dick Durbin, and Sen John Kerry. I follow this issue and it is upsetting. However, I despite my disappointments with the Democrats these days, I cannot sign a petition vowing that I will never vote Democrat again. That just is not possible for me.

Wrote, faxed emailed my sentators a couple of weeks ago, and sending again on Monday, including to Obama. This has to do with the Budget deal, and Tester's rider who is a democratic, and needing to retain his seat in the Senate. Some information came down tonite about Obama also standing behind the Budget deal, telling them to pass with the Rider in it. Lots of information. The bottom here is you want to tell your senators that ESA must be based on science, not politics. You also want to tell that to the President. What will stop congress in the future from de-listing for political advantage or pressure. ESA has always been based on science and data, but that changed when congress got a hold of it. A small nutshell

I will contact them. They have opened the door for any species to be delisted that gets in the way of someone’s political agenda. I am really pissed off.

Have contacted both my Senators, who voted against the Wolves, and I'm highly disappointed in both of them, because they are mostly good Senators who vote to protect Animals, and against all the Republican and Tea Party bills, I am quite angry with them over this vote, however...
