If you are opposed to wearing real fur, the problem is obvious: you bought "faux fur" and received real. Or, if you are ok with some types of fur, you thought you were purchasing one species but instead took home a garment trimmed with dog fur.

Something needs to be done about this. This country needs to start testing this crap from China(they should realize it is dog and cat fur since that country kills them for it) and if it tests for fur, they need to refuse it. But what do they care. Money is money. Noted with disgust. Thanks Tom.

Frankly the fur that is imported from just about any asian country should be tested. (Korea does a lot in leather and fur also.)

Thank you Tom.

I used to work for Champion Products as a Resort Merchandiser and one thing I learned is that one problem from imported goods into the USA is the way the law is written. All clothing has to have a label BUT THE LAW DIDN'T SPECIFY IF THE LABEL HAD TO BE CORRECT, it is assumed and you know what assumed means. Isn't that one of the most ridiculous things? In this day and age you have to be so detailed just to keep the crooks from using the loophole. What a society we live in. I am not if the labeling is still true as Champion closed in 1993 I believe.

OMG! Thank goodness for the U.S. Humane Society. I do not buy fur or leather, and I'm boycotting China anyway etc, but a horrible thought just occurred after reading this, we also might not know if their leather was from humans since they are doing forced live organ harvesting from humans too anyway, like those they accuse of the Falun Gong. So creepy!

I'm shocked, really, what in the living hell is wrong with the world???This makes me so sick, some of us are trying to do the right thing by buying fake fur and we still aren't acheiving it. This is so sick...that's it for me, no fake fur ever...
