Lawsuit Launched to Protect Rare Mountain Fox in California and Oregon

The Center for Biological Diversity filed a formal notice of intent today to sue the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service over the agency's failure to protect the Sierra Nevada red fox as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act.

Sincerely hope the CBD win their lawsuit !!! How low does a population have to get for USFWS to even consider them as "endangered" ? When will these stupid bureacrats get off their collective ass and do their jobs ????
