That's great Christeen. My neighbor has banana trees and he just brought me a "bunch". They are the tiniest and sweetest bananas ever.Never knew what to do with the peels. Now, thanks to you, I do.

Very cool. My peels go into the compost but I surely would put them on my plants at the very least. I eat a banana a day so that is a lot of peels.

I am really grateful for all the uses of banana peels. I also looked up the health benefits of eating them. Which their were many but one that many struggle with is 2 peels a day helps with depression. I will definitely try these. I eat a lot of bananas. Thanks.
