I totally agree with you Charmaine! And thank you for the forward! Thanks Christeen!

So many different animals were used.
"The Slug was made available to the US Army for duty in the trenches in June 1918, saving countless lives".

After Vietnam, the war dogs who saved the lives of American soldiers and fought beside them with unwavering valor and courage were left behind by the U.S. government. None of the dogs---warriors all---were allowed to come home to America.

I have not forgotten this blatant death warrant served senselessly against our soldier dogs of Vietnam by the U.S. government---and never will.

My outrage over it remains eternal.

I painted three paintings on the subject, horse, dolphin and dog. It was an important message. If you are interested they are in my painting album on my profile page. Thanks Christeen.

Thanks for this Christeen - it's sad they're forgotten and neglected, abused, and some eaten after their use is no longer needed... like the wild mustangs...
