"Having an office window can help you sleep at night, lower your blood pressure and keep you in a better mood."

if your office space is surrounded by walls all round, you're likely to feel isolated or disconnected from everybody and everything.

"Yawning isnt your bodys trick to send oxygen to the brain after all."

When you yawn, you take in air, you don't expel it, so I think taking in oxygen still holds. But I also think that yawning is connected to interest/attention levels, depending on what you're engaged in.

"Too much salt in your diet is bad, but too little salt might be just as bad."

Balance.
