I know that many of my face book friends have varied interests, not all are animalwelfare activists but I sent this petition to all.Truly, this person is obviously unbalanced and recieves satisfaction from sadistic acts of violence. He will move onto people I am sure of it. He has no coprehension evidently (psychopathic) of the horror of his act. No conscience. No remorse. Lock him up and throw away the key. What is the problem? It seems to me that finding him is not the problem but getting authorities to act. Why the disinterest? I hope the petition changes their minds. I encourage everyone to forward this to as any people as possible.

I don't know what you mean when you say noted. But I signed days ago and I have received many forwardds so I imagine everyone knows about this monster by now. I hope they get him and I hope we all know about it as soon as they do. Like i said before in comments, the problem seems to be with authorities.They have to be willing to do whatever it takes to stop this behavior. This man is a sadistic joy in torturing a living creature and he will move on to a human victim in time. Probably a very short time and then it will be too late. Ijust hope everyone that encounters this petition signs it.
