The judge was obviously a compassionate man knowing this beast would only get a year in jail or a $2,500 fine!!!
Laws MUST change.

The wise judge got it right. Its perfectly acceptable since the subhuman has forfeited his rights as a human being due to his actions. After all, to be hunan is to be humane.

The sentence would be deemed "cruel and unusual," but I LIKE IT... Sadly cannot happen:((
This is even merciful sentence for this cruelty.

Love this Judge! I wish that could've been his punishment--even that wouldn't be enough justice. It's sickening the lax laws 4 animals. PITIFUL. Thanks

Oh yes.. please god' let there be more judges who see it this way 'speak out' about it.
Lets get a message across to all sick subhuman beings that they can expect to be treated the way in which they treat others!

Sentencing will take place on December 17; Mason could face a year in jail or a $2,500 fine.

The surviving dog, Blue, was adopted to a new family.

Sadly noted. R.I.P. little sweetie. Yes the Judge is great!.
I would wish that there really such penalties would be - an eye for an eye - a tooth for a tooth.

Why can all judges not be as righteous as this one.... to think some judges think it is excusable to rape a child... this judge would have sorted those *********** out.

Noted with sadness for the sweet dog that died - due to starvation by this Mason guy! I like the judges sentence, and wished it would be in -30 weather.
He hopefully will not be able to pay a fine and wished he would get a long sentence in jail. Longer jail sentences must happen as there are too many abusers out there.
Thank You Michelle.

This is a good Judge, if the criminal has to learn this is a good way to show him how it feels. I like it but I think this person needs a felony charge and prison time also!

I wish that kind and animal loving Judge could do that too. That bastard deserves no less. Poor doggies. Now they are at The Rainbow Bridge.

Wished we had this judge in in Mac gregor, texas. They dound the carcasses of two nanny dogs, tied to a tree. The two that were alive were moved to "friends" house. OMG.

Sadly noted, I just can't bring myself to understand why people do some of the things they do, RIP to the baby how lost his life!

So cruel, he will get it one day. We need this kind of judge to fight with bad people who hurt pets.
Thanks Michelle

What a hideous man. And what is worse, there were people who SPOKE ON HIS BEHALF, claiming the dog refused to eat- (no one bothered to take the dog to a vet to figure out why she wouldn't eat- they just let her starve to death....)

Cet homme doit non seulement connaître la prison, il doit aussi se voir interdire la droit de posséder d'autres animaux et j'espère également qu'on lui fera sentir ce qu'est la faim, avoir vraiment faim.

Awesome Judge! You hurt a animal, you'll hurt a defenseless person..child, elderly or disabled. Are Judges, finally seeing the dam light? Noted.
