Horrifying brutality orchestrated by a cruel, indifferent Senator: John McCain, and business interests from Illinois and Massachusetts. The Navajo have been our Code Talkers in time of war,

PHOTO ABOVE: "This is sacred site preservation."

Interviewer: "Say more about that."

"This tree over here is Peabody Coal's idea of preserving sacred sites. If you say that you have a burial or a shrine , this is how they preserve it.

When a family tells them that there is a burial site or a shrine of some sort, and they have to go around it, this is how they go around it."

(Shockingly, Peabody strip mined the entire sacred site,) leaving a small mound of dirt, root and the tree that was at the center of the Dineh's holy land.

The Navaho and Hopi are not the only ones at dangers doors. Every tribe in the US is in danger of becoming extinct. Nixon tried hard to get rid of all reservations due to mineral deposits and mineral rights. At one time the government just took their mineral rights without authority. You can call the BIA the NAZIs of America. Natives have served our country honorably for years and yet, we still want everything they have. If no one believes it, go on line and find out for yourself. Genocide probably wouldn't make these politicians happy unless they owned all the land themselves. If they do this to Natives, every American is in danger, too.

Americans who intend to vote need to take a close look at the candidates they have (been permitted) to vote for.

Thank, Brenda.

I am commenting, Brenda...and with disgust. McCain't has woven the cloak of a hero around himself - successfully, too; one of the few things he HAS done successfully in his sorry campaign. But he is as vicious and brutal a person as anyone else in this regime. How does he get away without being "swiftboated" on his war record?

Neither he nor NObama presents much of a redemption for us - and no, not looking for GOD - looking for an honest candidate. But the Repugs and Dems pull the strings and give us dreck to choose between - dangerous dreck, too!

Makes me feel spiritual all over just looking at that sacred site preservation :( The problem with voting is who on the fed or state level is going to step in and make a dif? Who is this savior? Please put up the name cuz I'm damn sure the rest of us don't know it. I feel sorry for us (US).

Sandy, in Canada the current government actively supports taking of mining rights on indigenous lands by private companies. In fact, it is related to some odd and arcane aspects of Canadian law that allows this. The latest example is the effort of private companies to stake claims to uranium deposits and begin uranium mining in the middle of the Algonquin community of Sharbot lake. Co-chief Robert Lovelac was jailed for 6 months this year, and the town fined collectively $10,000, simply for protesting this taking and mining on their land.

McCain signed PL93-531 into law (which could be repealed) to have the families relocated to a site that is contaminated with uranium tailings. You don't even want to know what happens to the people who gave in and signed over their land. The few Resistors that are left live a life of constant oppression by the BIA puppet white-man 'tribal ' government.

Some activist got the Mojave generating station closed down which is where they were slurrying the coal with the ancient glacier-water aquifer that may never get replaced at the tune of about 3M gallons a day (which has drained the springs and wells for agriculture) since the plant did not have pollution control and was grossly polluting the air in the grand canyon (as well as tribal land and trust me these folks don't have the benefit of electricity themselves).

Now the powers that be are planning to open another mine and to continue raping the Earth for low-sulphur coal in the short-sighted greedy haste. (Too bad JP Morgan pulled the plug on Nikola Tesla's Tower technology which would have provided us all with clean, abundant, wireless, FREE ENERGY).

The coal is just a small part of large plan that they call the National Sacrifice which will rape all of the coal, oil, natural gas, and uranium from the sacred four corners area with NO environmental laws. It's our national sacrifice, Right? Wrong.

Here is a link to a map of the area. There were some documents floating around I will see if I can find them...

If McCain is elected be prepared for the National Sacrifice...

Don't worry, Mother Nature has a plan and this planet has already entered the purification. The ones who can still hear the voice of our Mother will be safe. Here is an old new story I posted regarding the prophecy around this:

Censored Climate Change Report Confirms Indigenous Prophecy
Hopi and Navajo Truth Confirmed in Censored Climate Report

Written by Brenda Norrell
Tuesday, 03 June 2008

With the release of the US censored climate report — that Bush and his corporate handlers censored for four years — the words of the late Hopi spiritual leaders are mirrored forth.

Hopi Sinom, including Thomas Banyacya and Dan Evehema, foretold of a time when hurricanes, storms and wildfires would seize the planet if human beings did not care for Mother Earth. They also warned if the secret agenda of coal mining was carried out on Black Mesa, under the guise of the so-called Navajo Hopi land dispute and Navajos were relocated, that natural calamities would increase.

America is already cursed for stealing the land from the Indians. McCain is further sealing our fate.

Noted with this observation: Three choices exist if you like neither candidates the "2Parties Dictatorship" provide you..
1)Don't vote and let those that do decide for you;
2)A realistic and viable third choice Party of the People's selection;
3)Revolution.
But then again there are those that would call for a fourth choice;
4)Pray.

this poor country and its peoples are being raped by the very people who we put in charge to protect them and our choices are scary. McCain is not even an option but we must vote in order to keep him out!

We need to start respecting the rights of the native peoples. White European settlers stole this land from them and now they're trying to steal more. Greed will destroy everything if we let it. We have to stand up to the capitalist thugs and their government puppets.

Voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. I will not vote for evil, where as some of you are content with doing just that. Why can we not write in anyones name we want to, land of the free my ass! I bet Al Gore would win AGAIN! He is my leader any way. I am not following anyone else but Al Gore regardless of his title or lack there of.

Elections are rigged anyway.

What happened to Mark S. Does anyone else know who I am talking about? He shared and noted much news and now his profile is no longer available? What happened to this man? He had that unique hat on glasses from California and always shared the hardest hitting stories. He should still be on here!!! I am asking for the background to this story?

Mark is a dear friend, and co-host of mine.

He made a conscious choice not to bow to Care2's demands that he "obey ToS and CoC" because he felt that he -- under the circumstances -- had done nothing more wrong than those remarks which were allowed to remain.

What is ToS and CoC?

Just Carole (352)
Monday July 21, 2008, 10:44 pm

Terms of Service (ToS) and Codo of Conduct (CoC) -- Both so vague as to be subjectively, and unfairly, interpretted.

Outspoken people need to be very careful speaking their minds now that there is no longer a Constitution to protect them. Care 2 only appears to be doing what other media outlets are doing: Being Patriotic and adhering to the American Government's request to protect us from terrorist's. Even if it must include spying and censorship they're only doing their duty. Outspoken people like yourself JC should follow the lead of people like myself and learn to not be so provocative in word and deed. Now if you will excuse me I have some books that need burning. God Bless America!!
