Awesome video. Isn't there an old saying about dishing it out and taking it that fits here?

For some reason the rich don't think they should pay their fair share of taxes. They think it is just for the little people.

Thanks Norm.

Unfortunately this sort of thing can easily happen when aprogressive income tax system exists; it can become even worse when progress income tax is combined with poll taxes, transaction taxes, and goods and services taxes, which hit the poor more severely than the rich.

Robert B. says, "For some reason the rich don't think they should pay their fair share of taxes. They think it is just for the little people."

It seems to me that they don't want us paying taxes either, just own us as slaves.

Well that was completely ineffective. Every corporate pig in that room just smirked and laughed at that little person interrupting their gorging-on-our-money meeting. They have nothing but utter contempt for all of us and they are certain they are entitled to steal all of our wealth and livelihoods.

No, it's going to take a far more radical wake-up call to BofA et al to get their attention.

I believe that taxes are for those who can more than afford to pay and that they already have so much than they could ever use in a 100 lifetimes, that they would never miss it to begin with.

Actually when the IRS was started only corporations making a profit were to pay taxes. Working people supporting themselves and their families were NOT to be taxed. This rule / law was never changed to what we have today, where corporations making billions a year in profits pay no income taxes, they do get refunds from the IRS, BP 1.8 billion refund last year and yet the working people are forced to pay these mega corps subsides and clean up their messes they make in the environment and then we have to buy their products like gas for our cars so we can go to work and become even poorer that we are now.

America, no longer a place where anyone can make it.
