I hope the authorities get these inhumans and jail them all for there destructive cruelty,this is wrong and all who participate in any way should also be punished,show inhumans that they cannot abuse animals.

Today official complaint has been lodged with the SSP, Meerut for legal action against the bull killer as under:-

This is very clear that bull was very much healthy not mad as claimed by the officials of the Municipal Corporation, Meerut in the above said clippings, it is further clarified that the said official admitted that he has deputed 40 persons team to catch the bull but they hanged the animal till death.
It would be pertinent to mention here that the OIPA - www.oipa.org - a Italy based organization, duly affiliated with the United Nations - Department of public information since 1992 & being an representative of OIPA in India along with the Master Trainer to the Animal Welfare Board of India (Govt. of India) this is the clear cut violation of the law of the land.
Hence you are requested to direct the concerned Police Station CO to lodge an FIR against the offenders u/s 428-429 IPC read with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 & the copy of the same may kindly be supplied to me for follow up please,

Oh my god. I couldn't watch it either. :,( It is good that the evidence is out there. Elephants are such intelligent and feeling creatures.

Sorry .. I can not watch that either... in my mind I can see it & I have a very vidvid mind... I keep being more shocked & disgusted about the humans in this world.. it the end of the times .. thats all I can think .. how else can so many watch such a horrible act against a life either human or animals.. its sick... I am so sorry for the hell that poor bull went thru until it died... may he have Peace at the end of his last breath...just terribly upset here for such inhumane acts..

i can't watch that, but anyone who could do something like that deserves to be hanged as well, what they have nothing to do with their time, are they so bored that they find it fun and amusing killing innocent animals?

I'm horrified that a such a thing should have happened. Hindus as a rule are considered humane and kind to all living things because they beleive they have a soul and have a right to live. That such an atrocity should have happened is shocking. How did the bull get into so narrow a lane. They usually roam around where there is food or green grass. Was it especially brought into that cemented lane for sport? The UP police of course are doing what they do best. Sitting on their thumbs.
