I can be pushy . . .

Especially, when it regards a true friend, and adamant animal activist, like Cher. I don't have a problem with that. (and no shame)

What is wrong with America ! I was aware they declaw cats I never thought they would resort to cutting the vocal chords of animals as well, what kind of person would have this done to a pet ! they should not even be allowed a goldfish - why have a animal if you do not like it having claws or a voice, Shame on all that do this, Sick.

What is this? Stepford pets! How would your cat show pleasure or distaste. How would your dog whimper to show you it's in pain. Isn't it hard enough for them to tell us what is wrong? How will they guard and protect you and your home in a crisis. What is wrong with people? If they wish to take on the responsibility of an animal the least they can do is to learn to communicate and train them. We teach our children to follow house rules. they have no other communication skills than a series of cries to begin with. As a terminal cancer patient, my animals have been the most brilliant diagnosticians and nurses. They have been my comfort and constant and loyal companions. I have just lost my beautiful and gentle German Shepherd to Lymphoma/cancer but she was faithful and true to the last beat of her heart. More than I can say for my human family, unfortunately. I'm so glad I made the decision to leave my estate to several animal charities. it is just so sad that we have to save animals from such sickening cruelty!

This is Cruel and Barbaric, whoever does this to an animal should have it done to them too, and see how they like it!!!

If the dont want a dog that barks which is normal,or a cat that meows thats how they communcate. Then they shouldnt have them. How would people like it if they had their vocal cords cut out.

Signed and shared and also had a tricky on my throat couldnt talk for some time it hurt and didnt feel good at all.Poor babies stop this cruelity to animals. They have a soul, feeling,s.They are Gods animals given to us as a gift. Karma will come to those peope as it does to all of us.But espeically it says in The Holy Bible anyone harms or kills a animal its the same as killing a human.

I managed to sign the petition.Tha computer thinks Sydney Australia is in Alabama. But then what isn't in Alabama.Debarking is prohibited in my state and regulated in some others. It is illegal in the U.K..It should be banned worldwide.Just imagine depriving a human of the power of speech.Depriving an animal of the power of expression is just as unthinkable.

As much as some people hate when dogs bark, hello that is their way of communicating just like talking is to us! This is morally wrong and cruel to do to cats and dogs. No one is trying to devocalize humans right? so why do it on animals that have the same right to have their bark etc.....

I have always thought this was a horrible practice. Some people think it makes a great apartment pet. This needs to be banned everywhere. It never should have started.

Noted & signed, there is another petition somewhere for this that I signed ages ago. It's dreadful to think a vet could take away an animals main way of communicating. If they don't want a dog to bark they should get a bloody cat!!!

I don't like to be a wet blanket, but sometimes devocalization is the only way to keep a pet out of the shelter.

I had a friend whose neighbor complained about the barking. The manager made the lady either put the dog in a shelter or move. He was put into a shelter. Then, I recall, she learned she could get the dog "de-barked." So she was able to get her pet out of the shelter where it would probably have been killed.

In the world we live in, sometimes........

I don't pretend to have the answer.

I don't really understand how someone (or some vets) come up with these ideas, declawing and devocalizing. I will never do this to my pets, they are my family. We don't have the right to do this to any animals and we just can not go around cutting out part of them that we don't like or don't suit us.

Devocalizing life. What always happens is interesting and when life is understanding in divided interest areas they get a part of a desire for what always happens combined with confusion.

June 4, 2011

Barack Obama,

There is a petition being understood to your area and this information is able to be useful in providing a communication that is necessary to be said as well as moving life towards a true understanding of peace and unity. Here is a communication to life interested in the petition.

Re: PETITION, Outlaw Devocalizing of Cats and Dogs

There is something already being understood by some in the science area as well as some in intelligence about communication which includes voice and is not limited to it. There is something that life is trying to accomplish with the removal of barking which relates to the desire for peace, however, this is not going to reveal peace. Removing the source of pressure that results in an animal saying something (this is the same as a human)is what is necessary and that pressure is coming from what is being understood into their organism from the information (seen and unseen information, heard and unheard waves) in human being environments. An animal and a human says something audibly when there is pressure that is understood into the organism. Removing an animals barking capacity does not remove the pressure and the communication will be understood through another “area” to life around it who are doing what they do not appreciate doing regardless. Relative to what information that life is brought into about this, the life around the animal and other life that used itself with it, will be understanding discomfort (pressure and separations) without knowing why. This is sort of like what humans would understand as the impact and interaction of expressive emotional communication which is received as a very real interacting communication from and to areas of life using itself out of unity. If we want to talk about what always happens within living areas that move into unity and perpetual existences, communication is never verbal or integrative and it is understood to life using itself together through a process similar to an omniscience capacity. In other words, this would be saying, “I understand exactly what you are telling me about within an emotion that is appreciated.”

When life does things it experiences as interesting to them in appreciation to the non human entity coordinating, ordering and causing everything, pressure goes down in the way it is supposed to.

Barking is an example of life providing something that is does not love to provide that is not in unity with life experiencing an ability to do what it can continue to do (peace) and there is a lot of these kinds of provisions occurring in certain human being areas (with human and animal life and in nature). The pressure is the place to understand how life can do something different toward never having to do different again.

What always happens is interesting and when life is understanding in divided interest areas they get a part of a desire for what always happens combined with confusion.
