I have been writing Senator's to complain about this new law in which there are no charges brought against a person having sex with a child as long as it is consensual sex. Any child would be coerced under fear and if any child had sex with an adult it would be under duress of the adults size alone.This law eludes the parent's constitutional right to protect and raise their family as they see fit.

there are 2 groups actively involved in trying to stop these fruitcakes from continuing to exploit the laws regarding pedophilia they are: www.ncmec.org (the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) and www.cyberangels.org (the CyberAngels, part of the Guardian Angels)....perhaps a little more pressure on them and legislators will assist the FBI's efforts....no child can choose to make a decision regarding sexuality without undue pressure....this has got to stop...NOW!!!!!!

Sex with children will never be ok. It is not the same as a sexual preference as some fundamentalists and the "childlover support movement" have argued. The main difference is consent. An adult can consent to having sexual relations with another adult, opposite gender, same gender, that doesn't matter. Children (and animals) cannot give consent, so any sex between them and an adult is always exploitative and wrong. Pedophiles are not just a persecuted minority, they can truly harm others, and should seek therapy rather than accepting their desires as "normal". Those who do harm children should definitely go to prison, and if they are ever released, they should be supervised for the rest of their lives.

ps. As a "minor" my friends child of 14 was *dating* a man of 22. The parents called the police - the police said NOTHING could be done unless the *child* brought the charges against the man!.

Obviously the *child* WANTED to be with this man - so nothing could be done.

I WAS APPAULLED! I asked the police myself, they said the only thing they could do was go and get the kid and bring her home against her will but they could not charge the man with ANYTHING and that the *child* would just go right back there anyway so what was the point.

SO, the parent can't *lock the kid up* - then THEY get charged with abuse. These are good people who live a clean life-style...they are not abusers or anything of the sort. They raised this kid right as rain - peer group support seemed to me to be the deciding factor in this girls choices.

It was a huge mess - the guy ended up in jail evenutally for drug charges - fortunately the kid wasn't there during the raid or she would have been taken to jail as well - or maybe it Isn't fortunate, maybe the kid SHOULD have gone to jail - it might have scared some sense into her.

Although I am disgusted by this, I am not entirely surprised. I figured they would advertise their presence to one another somehow, but imprinting the symbols onto coins bit is new to me and will just show you how dangerously subtle many of these freaks are in trying to get their hands on children.

It's horrifying that these "people" are walking around with this jewelry out, and very few people currently know what it means, so tell everyone you know. People outside of Care2 should be made aware of what these symbols mean as well, especially children, because it's terrible beyond words that many children who were victims of sexual abuse were around someone wearing this and had no clue of the warning sign that was right in their faces.
