I loved reading this article, Terry, thank you for posting it. Here in the "WEST" we don't talk about dying a good death but these conversations are very important matters talked about by families in the Far East; my daughter is still uncomfortable when I tell her about my wishes for "end of life" care and treatment but she's coming around ...

This needs to be addressed so much more. You never know when it will happen and when it does hold on for a long hard ride.
Thanks Terry

Awesome story. People need to plan ahead so that decisions aren't left to their grieving family. I've made mine, but then I live with Lupus that is going to kill me one day unless a cure is found. Thanks Terry!

Thanks Terry, this is such an important subject. I tried filling out on my own a living will and it is extremely dificult to put into words what your wishes are. Counseling on this subject would be extremely helpful for those that would want to take advantage of this, and counseling from a doctor who could explain the alternatives and their implications from a medical standpoint would have been very helpful to me.
