forget trust these pedifile's have been hiding behind the chatholic church for years. We need to start educating our children at a young age about indiscretionery touching and put these criminals behind bars, not robes!

Jesus warned about these people.. they were described as white washed on the out side - but inside full of hypocripsy.. They toooo clean the outside of the cup but inside they are also full of sherbet... Jesus likened them to the Pharisees who liked th ebest seats in the house, but were far from God.. in their hearts they have a form of Godliness.. But denied the truth.. They will not inherit the Kingdom of God and even when they say Lord Lord did we not do this, he will say to them be gone from me I never knew you... I am a christian and this really peeves me the catholic church as they do not deal with their priests, they are to regimented and dogmatic when it comes to their politics, and this is why to that Jesus clashed with the Pharisees...

These people need rooting out they are clearly depraved. The sad thing is many people automatically assume that all religious people are at it because of the publicity surrounding such cases. The Church appears to more interested in covering up the sinning than admitting it's shortcomings and doing something about other than the attempts to pay off victims!

Nothing new it seems - happens all over the world. Here in our little village in upstate NY a priest was also arrested for abusing boys as well as a drunk driving charge. THey arrested him while he was in the hospital recuperating from his drunk drinking accident. TWO strikes against this man.

I was raised Catholic and have a long genealogy history of family being Catholic, but when the news broke about the sexual abuse of all of those people here in the US, and that the churches hid it and transfere the abusers to other churches to abuse again, well, suffice it to say, I will not, nor have I yet, to ever step foot in a Catholic church again. This case in Italy, they make excuses for it by saying, well, it happens in families too...that makes it okay...what the heck is wrong with these people. They probably abuse animals too.
